Pärnu Convention Bureau (PCB) was established in October 2004 to promote and develop Pärnu as a convention destination. PCB is umbrella organisation for 15 entrepreneurs who provide conference services.
PCB offers free, neutral advice and assistance to anyone interested in organizing meetings and conferences in Pärnu, Estonia.
The mission of PCB is to develop meeting industry in Pärnu through different marketing activities and sharing information about convention and incentive facilities of the town.

PCB is dealing with sales, marketing and offers quality service for its members.

Our services include:

* recommending suitable meeting facilities;
* providing comprehensive and unbiased information on hotels and meeting facilities, including quotations;
* offering support to arrange incentive programmes, excursions and guided tours;
* coordinating inspection visits of Pärnu for conference organisers and press tours for media;
* loaning of materials which introduce Pärnu as a MICE-destination;
* providing ground-handling services for international conference organisers.
