During the congress the exhibition: “Pärnu – from fortress town to health resort town” is open in Jurmala Hall at the Strand hotel. The exhibition “Pärnu – from fortress town to health resort town” is the story of the Pärnu health resort, its formation, development and transformation. The exhibition is compiled from written sources, photos, maps and objects from the city museum of Pärnu, the Estonian State Archives, the Estonian Historical Archives, the Estonian National Museum and the private collection of Ms Linda Veike. The curator and compiler of the exhibition is Mr Tiit Kask. The designer of the exhibition is Ms Ene Tapfer.
